Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt

- 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce
- 6 cups of mixed greens
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup of ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to create a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure to coat it completely, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, toss the baked cauliflower with 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- In a large salad bowl, combine 6 cups of mixed greens, 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup of red onion, and 1/4 cup of blue cheese crumbles.
- Top the salad with the buffalo cauliflower.
- Drizzle 1/4 cup of ranch dressing over the salad.
- Toss the salad gently to combine all the ingredients.
