  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 1 cup of snap peas
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
