Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix 1 cup of breadcrumbs with 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
- Dip each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides evenly, and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, toss 2 cups of broccoli florets with 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned broccoli around the chicken on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
