Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub the potatoes and pierce them with a fork. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place them directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
- In the meantime, steam the broccoli florets until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
