Ingredients
- 2 live lobsters (1 1/2 pounds each)
- 1/4 cup salt
- Water for boiling
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with enough water to cover the lobsters. Add 1/4 cup of salt to the water and bring it to a boil.
- Once the water is boiling, carefully add the live lobsters to the pot.
- Cover the pot and let the lobsters boil for about 8-10 minutes, or until they turn bright red and the meat is opaque.
- Using tongs, remove the lobsters from the pot and let them drain for a minute before serving.
- Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges on the side.
