Seafood

Boiled lobster has a rich history dating back to the early days of coastal communities. This classic dish has been a staple in seafood cuisine for centuries, with its origins rooted in the coastal regions of New England, particularly Maine. Renowned chefs and seafood restaurants have perfected the art of boiling lobster, ensuring that the delicate meat is cooked to perfection. The key to a delicious boiled lobster lies in the quality of the ingredients, particularly the freshness of the lobster and the seasoning of the boiling water. Today, some of the best versions of this dish can be found in traditional seafood shacks along the New England coast. The most important elements of the recipe include using live, fresh lobsters and boiling them in well-seasoned water to enhance their natural flavors. While boiling is the classic method, some alternative techniques, such as steaming or grilling, can also yield delectable results.
