Ingredients
- 2 Spanish bread rolls
- 4 slices of Serrano ham
- 4 slices of Manchego cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Slice the Spanish bread rolls in half lengthwise.
- Layer 2 slices of Serrano ham, 2 slices of Manchego cheese, and a few slices of tomato on the bottom half of each roll.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to make a vinaigrette.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the fillings on each sandwich.
- Place the top half of the rolls on the sandwiches to close them.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
