- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup ground pork, 1 cup chopped kimchi, 1/2 cup chopped green onions, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon gochugaru, 1 tablespoon sugar, and salt to taste.
- Place a small amount of the filling in the center of a mandu wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper in half, pressing the edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the mandu in a single layer and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour 1/4 cup of water into the skillet and cover with a lid. Steam the mandu for 5-7 minutes or until the wrappers are translucent and the filling is cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1/4 cup gochujang, and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds to make the spicy dipping sauce.
- Serve the Bibim Mandu with the spicy dipping sauce on the side and enjoy!
