  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the sliced beef liver with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef liver and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Return the cooked beef liver to the skillet. Add the remaining tablespoon of soy sauce and toss everything together for another minute.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve the beef liver stir-fry over cooked rice. Enjoy!
