Beef Liver Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef liver, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef liver with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef liver and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked beef liver to the skillet. Add the remaining tablespoon of soy sauce and toss everything together for another minute.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve the beef liver stir-fry over cooked rice. Enjoy!
