Middle Eastern

Beef kebab, a Middle Eastern delicacy, has a rich history dating back to ancient times. Traditionally, the succulent chunks of beef are marinated in a blend of aromatic spices and then skewered before being grilled to perfection. The addition of grilled vegetables, such as bell peppers, onions, and zucchini, enhances the dish with a smoky and charred flavor. Renowned chefs in the Middle East, particularly in Lebanon and Turkey, have perfected the art of preparing beef kebabs with grilled vegetables, infusing their own unique regional flavors. Today, the best versions of this dish can be savored in authentic Middle Eastern restaurants, where the key lies in the marination process and the quality of the beef.
