Ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced flank steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Add the sliced bell peppers, onions, and fajita seasoning. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
