Ingredients
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced carrots, bell peppers, and onions to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add the minced garlic and bean sprouts to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the bean sprout mixture in the skillet and toss to coat evenly. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the stir-fry to a serving dish, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot. Enjoy!
