BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders

Ingredients
- 4 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- 1/2 cup coleslaw (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 tbsp of smoked paprika, 1 tbsp of garlic powder, 1 tbsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
- Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the pork, making sure it is evenly coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the pork is very tender and easy to shred with a fork.
- Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and stir it into the sauce.
- To assemble the sliders, place a generous amount of the BBQ pulled pork onto the bottom half of each slider bun. Top with a spoonful of coleslaw if desired, then cover with the top half of the bun.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
