BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders have a rich history rooted in Southern barbecue traditions. Originating in the American South, this dish gained popularity for its tender, slow-cooked pork, smothered in tangy, sweet barbecue sauce, and sandwiched between soft slider buns. Renowned pitmasters like Rodney Scott and Aaron Franklin have elevated the art of smoking and slow-cooking pork, influencing the flavors and techniques used in creating this iconic dish. Today, the best versions of BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders can be found in barbecue joints across the Southern United States, particularly in regions like North Carolina, Texas, and Tennessee.
