  • Drizzle a tablespoon of BBQ sauce over the pulled pork.
  • Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown and the cheese is starting to melt.
  • Carefully flip the sandwich and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
  • Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 4 sandwiches.
  • Slice each sandwich in half and serve hot.
