  • Spread vegan butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place 4 slices, buttered side down, on a clean surface.
  • Divide the vegan cheddar cheese evenly among the 4 slices of bread. Top with the BBQ pulled jackfruit mixture, then place the remaining 4 slices of bread on top, buttered side up.
