Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup of coleslaw (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of BBQ sauce, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Brush the chicken breasts with the BBQ sauce mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While the chicken is cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing a grilled chicken breast on each bun, topping with coleslaw if desired, and drizzling with extra BBQ sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
