Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1 cup of cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the olive oil over the dough, then spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Evenly distribute the shredded chicken and sliced red onion over the BBQ sauce.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the pizza.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before sprinkling the chopped cilantro over the top.
