  • In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to create a batter.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure to coat it completely, then roll it in the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere. Place the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the coating is crispy and golden brown.
  • While the cauliflower is baking, heat the BBQ sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
