Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper until smooth.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the batter is set and the cauliflower is starting to brown.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven and brush each piece with BBQ sauce.
