Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the batter is set and the cauliflower is starting to brown.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and brush each piece with BBQ sauce.
- Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the BBQ sauce is sticky and caramelized.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
