Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef, 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
  • Place the burger patties on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
  • During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each burger patty and allow it to melt.
