Instructions

  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape them into burger patties.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Grill the chicken patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • During the last few minutes of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
  • Top each patty with 2 slices of cooked bacon, a slice of tomato, a few slices of red onion, and a lettuce leaf.
