Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of barbecue sauce, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Brush the chicken thighs with the barbecue sauce mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
- Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear.
- During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the chicken with additional barbecue sauce for extra flavor.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve the barbecue chicken with your favorite sides and enjoy!
