- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions, for garnish
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of sweet chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Once the cauliflower is done, transfer it to a large bowl and drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy!
