  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  • Grill the chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear. Alternatively, you can bake the chicken in a preheated 400°F (200°C) oven for 25-30 minutes.
