- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary, 1 tablespoon chopped thyme, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
