- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup honey, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the glaze has thickened slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Brush the balsamic glaze onto the chicken during the last 2-3 minutes of grilling, turning the chicken and brushing with more glaze until the chicken is fully coated and caramelized.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
