Ingredients
- 4 turkey cutlets
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- In a shallow dish, mix together 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Dip each turkey cutlet into the beaten eggs, then coat with the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
