Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the olive oil mixture over the top of each fillet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • While the salmon is baking, prepare the dill sauce. In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, and 1 tablespoon honey.
