Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
