Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the honey mustard mixture over the top of each fillet, coating evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
