- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
