- 4 cod fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Brush 4 cod fillets with 2 tablespoons melted butter, then press the herbed breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet to form a crust.
- Place the coated cod fillets in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
