Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups of mixed vegetables (such as carrots, broccoli, and bell peppers)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and arrange the mixed vegetables around them.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
