Ingredients
- 8 beef hot dogs
- 8 slices of bacon
- 8 hot dog buns
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced onions
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 1/4 cup of mustard
- 8 wooden skewers
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap each hot dog with a slice of bacon, securing the ends with a wooden skewer.
- Place the bacon-wrapped hot dogs on the grill or on a baking sheet if using the oven. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the hot dogs are heated through.
