- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

- Lay 8 slices of bacon on the wire rack, making sure they do not overlap.

- Remove from the oven and transfer the bacon strips to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
