Instructions

  • Chop the reserved mushroom stems and cook them in a skillet over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • In a bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, and the cooked mushroom stems. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stuff each mushroom cap with the bacon and cheese mixture, mounding it slightly.
