  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup mayonnaise, minced chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to make the spicy chipotle mayo. Set aside.
  • Divide the ground turkey into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties. Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns in a toaster or on a separate skillet until golden brown.
  • To assemble the burgers, spread a generous amount of the spicy chipotle mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Place a cooked turkey patty on top, followed by a few slices of avocado. Top with the other half of the bun.
  • Serve the spicy chipotle avocado turkey burgers immediately and enjoy!
