Created by: Howcan Team

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and form them into burger patties.
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until lightly browned. Set aside.
  • In a skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel to drain excess grease.
  • In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard. Spread the mixture on the bottom half of each toasted hamburger bun.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing a cooked patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of each bun. Top with sliced avocado, a slice of crispy bacon, and a fried egg. Place the top half of the bun on top of each burger.
  • Serve the avocado bacon burgers with fried egg immediately and enjoy!
