  • In a large bowl, combine 1 lb of ground chicken, 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, 1 beaten egg, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of paprika, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the chicken mixture into 4 patties and set aside.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook the chicken patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
  • During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
  • Toast the hamburger buns in the skillet or on a separate griddle until golden brown.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken patty on the bottom half of each bun, followed by 2 slices of bacon, a few slices of avocado, and a generous amount of diced jalapenos.
