Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together 1 lb of ground chicken, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of onion powder, 1/2 tsp of paprika, 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of black pepper. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook 8 slices of bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook the chicken patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
  • While the chicken is cooking, toss 4 sweet potatoes cut into fries with 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of paprika, 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of black pepper. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked chicken patties on the bottom half of the hamburger buns. Top each patty with sliced avocado and 2 slices of crispy bacon. Place the top half of the buns on the burgers.
  • Serve the avocado and bacon chicken burgers with the crispy sweet potato fries on the side. Enjoy!
