Renowned for its delicate almond cream and sweet, juicy pears, this delectable tart has been a staple in French patisseries for centuries. Chefs like Pierre Hermé and Gaston Lenôtre have elevated the Almond Pear Tart to new heights, incorporating their own unique twists and techniques.
