Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of almond butter, 1/4 cup of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1/4 cup of chopped nuts, 1/4 cup of protein powder, and 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips if desired.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined and the mixture holds together.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into 12 evenly sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the almond butter protein balls for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
