Ingredients
- 4 frozen pork chops
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the frozen pork chops.
- Place the seasoned pork chops in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the pork chops and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- While the pork chops are cooking, preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss 2 cups of mixed vegetables with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 cloves of minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender and beginning to brown.
- Remove the vegetables from the oven and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Toss to combine.
