Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine 1/2 pound of ground pork, 1 cup of shredded cabbage, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each potsticker wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper in half, pleating the edges to seal.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Brush the potstickers with vegetable oil and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
