Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
- 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups of marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
