Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  • Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the zebra steaks.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Place the zebra steaks in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer to desired doneness.
  • Add the butter to the skillet and baste the steaks with the melted butter for extra flavor.
  • Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve the zebra steaks with your choice of side dishes and enjoy!
