- 4 wild boar cube steaks (about 1 pound)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, mix together 1/2 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
- Dredge the wild boar cube steaks in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- In a large skillet, heat 1/4 cup of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the dredged wild boar cube steaks to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Pour in 1 cup of beef broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let the steaks simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until tender.
- Serve the wild boar cube steaks with the pan gravy spooned over the top. Enjoy!
