Ingredients
- 2 slices of white bread
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Place a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

- Once the skillet is hot, place the bread slices buttered side down on the skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom side is golden brown and crispy.
- Spread the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter on the top side of each bread slice.
- Flip the bread slices and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the toast from the skillet and place on a plate.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
