  • Add 1 scoop of whey protein powder, 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.
  • Return the saucepan to low heat and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the strawberries are softened and the oatmeal is heated through.
  • Divide the oatmeal into two bowls and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
