Ingredients
- 2 apples, cored and chopped
- 1 cup of celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup of seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 2 chopped apples, 1 cup of chopped celery, 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts, and 1/2 cup of halved seedless grapes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- To serve, place lettuce leaves on a plate and top with the chilled Waldorf salad.
