  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the sliced pork, chopped lemongrass, minced garlic, chopped shallot, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the marinated pork to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and caramelized, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve the lemongrass pork hot with steamed rice or vermicelli noodles. Enjoy!
